The opening ceremony of "Chinese Society of Anesthesiology CNAP Continuous Non-invasive Blood Pressure Monitoring Technique Asia Training Centre" was hold in Xijing Hospital at 9 a.m. November 14th, 2013. It means CNAP technique settled down in Xian formally. Mr. Zhao Minggang (the deputy director-general of China National Health and Family Planning Commission of The people's Republic), Mr. Xiong Lize (the elect chairman of Chinese society of Anesthesiology and the elect chairman of Xijing Hosptial), Mr. Huo Yong (the chairman of Chinese Society of Angiocardiology), and Mr. Yao Shanglong (the chairman of Chinese society of Anesthesiology) attended this opening ceremony. And Mr. Zhao, Mr. Xiong and other important guests inaugurated for the Asia Training Centre.
